RITUALS

RITUALS

Life of a sunflower and nothing more,
Looking at each instant the lodestar,
And how much more life would not
Stronger desires this ritual
Maybe if they were still triumphant
The world would not have this magic,
Dreaming and just day to day,
Allows yearnings satisfied, unequal.
And try to turn every moment
What was atrocious in dazzling
Life is worth the same as
Possible if you try, though in vain,
The look to find direction,
Knowing me to be oblivious to this port,
Perhaps unusual pleasure and so crooked,
Immersed in fantasy, I try and dream.
